Document Storage
Tips and Tricks
Save Money
- Delete First, then Add.
As you know we charge ... no, not like a wounded bull but based upon the maximum space used by your safe during the month. So if you are replacing an older version of a document, it makes good sense to delete the old version before you add the new one.
- Smaller is cheaper.
The first 5 megabytes of your safe incurs a fixed charge, but after that we charge per megabyte or part thereof. So if you find yourself approaching this limit you might like to consider compressing your documents before you send them. On the other hand; our charges aren't that bad ... why bother? ;-)
