Your documents are only available via your email address. However, the bottom line is that we cannot guarantee that a determined hacker or thief will not be able to gain access to your files or information. Obviously if you do not identify yourself then the stolen information is of little use to anyone intent on doing you harm. You can be completely anonymous on KeptSafe. If you need to pay us, this is done via a third party website, we never see your credit card details, and they never see your KeptSafe account number.
