Safe Control PageYour documents are stored on a special server that is only accessible via email. This provides a much more secure home
for your information. You can only interact with your safe via email. The following links automate the emailing process where possible.

Help Information: Simply hover the mouse pointer over the link you are interested in and look here for a description.
Add a Document: To add a document to your safe you need to send an e-mail with the document(s) attached to your special safe address. This link will open an e-mail with the correct address. Simply attach the document(s) you wish to store and click the send button.
Use the subject line to specify keywords that will help you identify this document in the future.
Request a contents list: If you'd like a fresh list of your safe's contents click this link and we will e-mail you the information.
Request a Statement: Click this link and we will e-mail you the details of all your deposits and withdrawals.
Retrieve a Document: You can only retrieve single documents using a Contents List. If you click this link we will e-mail you an up-to-date contents list.
Retrieve all Documents: Use this link to request that all documents in your safe be sent to you via e-mail.
Top up your account: Use this link to add credit to your account. You can select how much you would like to pay before being transferred to a secure server to enter your credit card details.
Assign a fax number to your Safe: This is currently only available in Australia. More countries to follow soon!
Delete a Document: You can only delete single documents using a Contents List. If you click this link we will e-mail you an up-to-date contents list.
Delete all Documents: Use this link to delete all the documents in your safe.
Change your email: This link allows you to change the e-mail address that we use to communicate with you.
